Colleen O’Neill is an Associate Professor of History and teaches US history, Native American history, and history of the US West. A fourth generation Arizonan, her most recent book is Working the Navajo Way: Labor and Culture in the Twentieth Century. She is currently finishing a book, Labor and Sovereignty: the Transformation of Work in Indian Country, 1890 to the present, and starting a new project entitled The Life and Times of Rosa McKay: The Progressive Roots of Arizona Politics.
