Logan Clendening is a Temporary Assistant Professor of Modern European History, specializing in twentieth-century Germany. He is currently working on a manuscript, Swimming in Disputed Waters, on the history of swimming and nudism in Germany from c. 1900-present that explores the politics of gender, race, religion, and secularism that public bodies generated across five political regimes.
