Susan Rhoades Neel is Associate Professor of History at USU-Eastern in Price. Her area of specialization is environmental history, with an emphasis on the history of the national park system. Her most recent publication, Mapping the Four Corners (University of Oklahoma Press, 2016), co-authored with Robert McPherson, concerns the work of the 1875 Hayden Survey in the canyon and plateau country of the Four Corners region.
